Description & Usage historiqueDescription & Historical Use
Switzerland adopted it with that pistol as its service pistol, and it was also a military round in Brazil, Finland and Lithuania. The 9×19 Parabellum is derived from it: at the request of the German Navy, DWM shortened the case to 19 mm and loaded it with a 9 mm bullet.
